Policies & Booking Appts

**Policies apply to ALL appointments**

Credit/Debit Card Required

A credit card is required to be kept on file to schedule an appointment. If there is no card on file or the card information on file is incorrect, expired or declined, the amount of the missed appointment will be owed before another appointment can be scheduled. Card on file may be used to pay for services with clients permission.

Cancellation 

Our natural hair salon requires at least a 24 hours notice to CANCEL OR MAKE ANY CHANGES to an appointment. In the case that 24 hours notice is not given for a cancellation /rescheduling, your credit card will be charged 50% of the service that was scheduled. NO CALL/NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the service that was scheduled. NO REFUNDS will be allowed after 24 hours of service or for any cancelled or no call/no show appointments that result in a charge of card on file.

Tardiness

If you are running late to your appointment, please call ahead to let us know.  After 10 minutes a $25 late fee may apply. If you arrive beyond 15 minutes late, you may have to forfeit your appointment completely. A late fee and a cancellation fee will apply.
